Sterling's Teeth

Sterling got her 4th tooth 2 days ago. Well it was noticed 2 days ago. It is her top left tooth next to the middle tooth. Her other top middle tooth still hasn't come in. This other one popped out instead. Her top middle tooth is so close and just wont come out. Poor thing. Hopefully soon!!!

Note on Chanse's school bus: The regular driver was out on the first day of school. She had a sub in line but the sub forgot. So everything has been fine since then. Chanse is the last to get picked up for school and first to be dropped off. It is great to have him in school. Hero is refusing naps now. But as long as Sterling sleeps it is ok because then Hero gets some one on one time. Fun for Hero. Maybe it will help our little diva. Hero finally has all of her 2 year molers in!!

Chanse Coming HomeFrom School Saga

Chanse was supposed to come home at 3:29 today on the bus from school. I waited and waited. The girls were sleeping I thought this will be easy to get him because I don't have to worry about other kids. He was over 10 minutes late I called the transportation office they said he will be home in 15 minutes. I kept standing in the door way so I could see the bus come and still hear the girls, no bus. I called to school to see if the bus had come. The phones were off because the office hours were over. I called transpertaion again and I was put on hold forever my cell phone rang and it was the school and they said the bus hadn't come yet. So they said they would call me when the bus got there so I knew when to come outand get Chanse. I couldn't go get him because I had two babies sleeping. SO the school called when the bus left and Chanse got home at 5:00. No one knew what happened and why the bus never showed to pick them up. So hopefully it goes better tomorrow!!! The stress of the first day of school.

First Day of School

Chanse was so excited to go to school today. He couldn't wait to get on the bus. His bus is supposed to come at 12:35-12:37 and Chanse is supposed to be ready 10 minutes before that so we were ready by 12:00. At about 12:10 Chanse insisted we went outside. SO we all went outside and the kids ran around. The garbage truck was out picking up garbage so we got to watch that and boy did the kids love it. They thought it was cool. Hero wants to be a trash truck truck driver when she grows up and "go vroom vroom" and she moved her arms like driving. I asked Chanse what he wanted to be when he grows up and he said "I just want to be a Storm Trooper, because they fly spaceships." SO cute. Then the kids ran around more. It was so hot and sunny. Then a white bus came down the street and Chanse freaked out. "I don't want to go a white bus. I want the orange bus." I said don't worry. You will go on the school bus but I think it is yellow. Well then I looked at the clouds and to the west there were dark clouds it looked like there was going to be a storm. Well the bus came at 12:50. Chasne got off to school and I called to make sure he made it to the right place and he is there happy as can be. And about 10 minutes after coming inside it started to down pour. I took Hero out in the rain. We stepped out the door and got soaked. The rain was coming from every direction. It was crazy rain. Anyways I have two girls napping and one little boy at school. Alone time for once. Hurray!!!

I few days ago we were doing our bedtime routine with the kids and Sterling started to fold her arms. She then also took a turn one night saying the prayer. SO cute. It has been over 24 hours since I last nursed Sterling. Sad but happy. I am more happy about it I think. I am finally going to get my body back to myself after 5 years! Another big Hurray!!!!

Trip to California

We went for a week to California. We had lots of fun. We went to Disneyland and Chanse went on Star Tours and loved it, and on the Matterhorn (he wanted off the ride but he now says he liked it). My niece Cami got picked to pull the sword from the stone. Hero was dancing with Cinderella in a May poll dance and her shoe came off She kind of kicked it off and Cinderella helped put her Snow White slipper back on. SO Cute!! I was filming but I missed cinderella putting her shoe on so sad!! Hero is not a huge fan of Disneyland but we went on Alice in Wonerland and she ended up in the front of the catipiller alone and me, Sterling, and Chanse in the back and she said "wee" in the ride and then said she liked it. I thought she was going to cry for the whole ride put she liked it. Yea!! That is one of my favorites too. Sterling started to say lots of words. Grandpa, me up, daddy oh there is more but I can't remember right now. WE went to the Natural history Museum and Chanse got to hold a butterfly. We also went to the beach. Chanse loves the beach, Hero and Sterling not so much. We went on a farie at the beach because Chanse wanted to go on a boat. We also got yummy Balboa Bars. My favorite at Balboa. Over all we had a great time but we are so tired now. I am sure I could write a lot more about our trip but I am too tired to think. It was really fun to see my family. Chanse and Hero can't wait to go to Grandpa's house again. Thanks Dad for driving us!!!

Aspen Grove

So we went to a family reunion at Aspen Grove family camp. We had a very hard time with the kids sleeping. I slept with 2 kids in a queen bed and then very early in the morning the 3rd joined me. Lets just say I laid there awake every night. Needless to say we went home early. All the kids have runny noses and I got home and had a high fever and then realized I have mastitis. Thank goodness we got home when we did. We had fun seeing relatives. But if anyone was thinking of going to Aspen Grove I think you should think twice if you have little ones. I think it is better for families with kids like 8 and older who are comfortable going to activities without mom and dad. The kids loved seeing there cousins. They went on a little hike and played on a cool western playground. We stopped at Cove Fort on the way home our tour guide grew up in South Pasadena many years ago. It was funny that he was from my home town. Anyways I am just trying to get better.
