Hair cut, Tap Dancing and Harvest Festival

This week I got out the clippers and finally cut Chanse's hair. He actually did a pretty good job staying calm. He told me he wanted a sticking up hairdo. SO we found a picture online and I tried to do it. I think I did ok.

Then I got out my tap shoes and brought a piece of wood inside to dance on and did some tap dancing. I haven't done that in a long time. The kids loved it. They all had to try. So cute. We listened to Jazz to do our jazz tap.

On Friday I went to the ghettos mall I mean Meadows Mall and we did a Halloween picture. Sterling would not sit for the picture so I had to be in it too. I had not put any make-up on. I had to rush to get there on time I was not ready for a picture. I tried hiding under a blanket but I just looked like a black ghost and the kids didn't like that they couldn't see me.

We also went to Chanse's school Harvest Festival. The kids had lots of fun. Hero won the cake walk and played the junk food roulette and won 2 times on that too. I got a picture of her winning number red 6. Chanse just had to get a balloon from the clown. He waited in line for 1 hour. He got a sword, belt and hat. Hero got a flower and a puppy on a leash. The flower popped just minutes after. She was very sad. So at that point the carnival was over but Chanse had wanted to pick a pumpkin. He had waited for an hour for the clown and he wouldn't come with me when I took the other kids to pick a pumpkin. Daddy was going to stay in line while we did games. So Chanse was very upset because there was no pumpkins. Hero was crying because the balloon popped and Ben was tired because we had to wait so long. We walked there so I told Ben to go ahead and go home and I would try to find a pumpkin. SO Ben walked home with Hero in the double stroller. I was holding Sterling and two balloons. We ended up getting 2 pumpkins and I had 2 kids with me, one I had to carry and no stroller and we had to walk home. I really didn't know if we were going to make it home. Sterling only had one shoe on the other fell off in the stroller. So she couldn't walk. We made it home and over all everyone did have a fun time.

On Saturday we went to the ward Trunk-or-Treat. I took Sterling and Chanse. Hero stayed home sick with Daddy. Chanse was Jack the Pumpkin King from Nightmare Before Christmas.

I have add some new items to my other blog. Check it out. The link is on the sidebar.
We had a fun week.
